As indicated in the
drawings and visuals (attached at this page), the selected site is at the core of the Walled City, with
major historic locations, as well as restaurants and coffee shops comprising
reference points for leisure and tourism. In continuation of the Otello Tower, the
design area is located along the Canbulat road and is designated for
recreation. It is immediately adjacent to the ancient city walls and stretches
from the Desdemona park to the seaport gate.
